Please note that this is for Microsoft Outlook (NOT Outlook Express): To start a new account: Start up Outlook Click Tools Click Accounts Select ADD A NEW EMAIL ACCOUNT Select POP3 Click Next (Skip next paragraph) ------------------------------------ To change settings on previously set up email account: Go to tools Then email accounts Check the top radio button for view or change existing e-mail accounts Highlight the one you want to edit and click CHANGE ---------------------------------------- User information should be your name and your email address. Server information for incoming and outgoing mail server should be the same: mail.YourSite.com Logon information should be: username: emailname@yoursite.com password: YourPassword Click MORE SETTINGS Click the OUTGOING SERVER tab at the top Check the box that says: MY OUTGOING SERVER (SMTP) REQUIRES AUTHENTICATION Check the radio button that says USE SAME SETTINGS AS MY INCOMING MAIL SERVER Click OK
